Project description:

A townhouse with a total of 47 accommodation units and a total living space of approx. 2,990 m² together with an underground car park was newly built on an approx. 3,650 m² partial area of the urban development scheme “Wohnpark Staaken” The scheme, in the form of part ownership on the basis of the additional capital allowance according to § 4, paragraph 1 of the “Fördergebietsgesetzes” (Development Area Law) was sold equally to capital investors and owner occupiers.
