Project description:

Six exclusive city villas with a total of 40 generous accommodation units and a total living area of approx. 3,700 m² together with an underground car park were newly built on the approx. 9,600 m² exquisite waterside site. The scheme, in the form of part ownership on the basis of the additional capital allowance according to § 4, paragraph 1 of the “Fördergebietsgesetzes” (Development Area Law), was conceived for capital investors.
